I have been to all Cost Cutters in Sioux Falls and not one time that i have been there that i have gotten a great hair cut. I pay good money and tip well for a very poor haircut. If i could i would shut them down before they ruin another…
Would definately not recommend this service for hairstyles or haircuts. They do not seem very in touch with haircutting, very uneven. will not go back for a second time!
I have been there twice now and both times my hair has been cut uneven. Not just by a little difference but this time by over an inch. It is very noticable and now I have to go get it cut even shorter than I wanted.
