Ok so i beleive this was orginally Kangna Hair Salon. There is an Iranian guy that cuts really good hair. I used to get my hair cuts from here until i started cutting my own hair.

Compared to other parlors nearby, this is more spacious and accommodates multiple tiny private rooms. Rates are also reasonable and not expensive than contemporaries.
